Hello,
It is indeed very unfortunate that the disease had caused such trouble. If you have completed the complete course of treatment, I would ask you to undergo an endometrial biopsy to check for remnants of the disease and also tubal patency check as tubal blocks and pelvic masses are the usual consequence of the disease process. A trans-vaginal sonogram is another needed investigation. Ovulation status should be studies and involvement of the ovaries should be ruled out. If everything is clear, IUI may be tried or IVF planned if needed. Hope this helps.
