Any Suggestion For Vaginal Discharge/discomfort After Stool, Frequent Urination, IBS, Constipation?

Something is coming out of my lower body but I don t know if it s out of rectum or vagina or what :S No bleeding but I urinate a lot. Vaginal discharges & discomfort especially after stool. I m a female, 23 years old & virgin. I have been suffering from IBS & constipation for many years. Please help

You have problem of irritable bowel syndrome and constipation problem that can solve by taking high fiber foods like whole grains, oats...etc.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc...
Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.
Best roots, kiwi ,peach helpful for proper digestion.
Take more water per day.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
