Any Suggestion For Nasal Congestion, Chronic Bronchitis, Coughing Phlegm, Shortness Of Breath?

I've been dealing with a chronic health condition. I was a healthy individual. I have had nasal congestion, chronic bronchitis and coughing up and blowing strings of deep yellow and brown phlegm. I don't smoke. Lately shortness of breath with slightest activity winds me. I used to play competitive beach volleyball and walk 18 holes of golf.

Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

Regarding your query for nasal congestion, chronic bronchitis, coughing phlegm and shortness of breath, all these symptoms are indicating that your upper and lower respiratory tract is involved in disease process. Thus this is most likely allergic involvement but superadded secondary infection may be there to turn phlegm to deep yellow and brown coloured.

I would like to suggest you to please consult any chest physician / pulmologist for detaile examination and management of the real pathology. I am further advicing you to take care of it otherwise you may land up on complications like COPD.

Regards.
