Any Suggestion For Having Headache Whenever Skip Food Or Suffer From Constipation?

I have frequent head aches normally when I either avoid food or when I suffer from constipation. I will normally have a severe head ache if I avoid passing stools in the morning. The medicine whihc I normally take is Combiflam. Have tried other medicines like Saridon, anacin etc but does not help. Please let me know how I can avoid this phenomenon

Thank you for choosing HCM

It seems that skipping meals is causing you the problem. Skipping the meals will cause gastritis and infections in you. You need to start taking 20 ml of Pepto-Bismol 2 to 3 times a day. This will counteract the acidity and then also help you with prevent the headache.

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
