Any Suggestion For Having Abscess In Mouth, Sore Throat, Pus In Tonsils?
My daughter has been to walk in tonight (she's 11) with sore throat - she had pus in her tonsils over weekend. Doctor says she doesn't need abx as it's resolving itself. However I am a bit concerned as she had an abscess in her mouth about 4 weeks ago which hasn't completely gone but is now not painful and a lot smaller. They have said she has a heart murmur. My husband took her so I didn't ask any questions as was working. Just a bit bothered. I don't know the grade or where the murmur is. Any advice as to what I do now is appreciated.

hello thanks for consulting at hcm,,do saline water gargle thrice daily,, also can use betadine diluted in water for gargle,,drink warm water,,if problm persists go for a consult with an ent specialist for a course of antibiotics and analgesics,,as for mouth abscess do not neglect,,it might be due to infected teeth or periodontal problm,, kindly conslt with a dentist once sore throat is gone,, hope it helps,,tc
