hi i have son 2.3 yrs old.From last 15-20 days he has cough.some time have fever and runnig nose.today he has very high fever and runnig nose nad cough plz guide me he dont take steame.dr gave me novamox cv syrup 475 mg,bricarex A,Omnacrotil 5 mg,combiflame syrup
