Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 32 year old who got little pain around heart, went to a Doctor 2 weeks ago who told you that this is gastric pain, BP was 130/100, wants t know whether any relationship of gastric pain and high blood pressure ...
The blood pressure is raised but not very high and can be elevated due to gastritis pain, anxiety and stress that one gets so often. When there is pain around the heart getting an EKG and related heart check up is mandatory.
Also go for an upper GI Endoscopy so that any esophagitis, gastritis, GERD or ulcer in the first part of the duodenum can be known and treated accordingly.
Stop worrying as worries increase the blood pressure, can cause diabetes and such problems.
You can certainly ask for the medication if you have too much of stress hence the basic cause will be tackled..
