Any Ideas About One Testicle Larger Than The Other Which Hurts Upon Walking?

So this may seem a bit awkward... But I'm 14 years old and have not been in any sexual relation. One of my testicles hurts a bit and is bigger then the other one. It hurts when I walk around just a little bit. It started from a slight pain Which made me have to go home but was fine a couple hours later, I've got a blood test done less then a week before this happened bladder ultrasound and a pee test. The ultra sound was a little over a month ago and they said nothing was wrong just a slightly enlarges spleen or bladder, then the blood test a week before this problem occurred was also good, I peed in a cup and still nothing was wrong, my middle back started hurting as we'll since I had the problem with my testes, like I said it hurts a bit AND 1 testicle is larger hen the other but the proble doesn't seem to be getting worse but isn't getting any better! SHOULD I BE WORRIED I'm talking to u guys first then my parents

Hi dear .
You are too young to have such a problem.
You should discuss this with your parents and ask them to show you to the urologist.
What you need is the Ultrasound of the scrotum to get a probable diagnosis.
This may be due to some congenital problem like blockage to the ducts or varicocele. You should have a scortal support ( to elevate the scrotum with the brief or lungot)
I find this answer helpful
