I can appreciate your concern the acne is age related skin problem if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines,
1) Tab Doxycycline 100mg once in day till you get the good results
2) Tab erythromycin oral lotion apply this four time in day
continue this medication for long time will get the good result, hope this information helps you take care good bye.
