Any Chance Of Conceiving When Having Three Uterine Fibroids?

hello, i have three fibroids in my uterus. a right lateral fibroid measuring 2.2 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm and has a calcified rim. another left lateral fibroid measuring 2.9 x 3.2 x3.3 cm with the third fundal fibroid measuring 3.4 x 3.4 x 3.8 cm. i have the concern of getting pregnant. what can i do?
