Any OTC Sleep Medicine That Doesn't Interfere With Urination For An Enlarged Prostate?

Is there an OTC sleep med that does not interfere with urination for an enlarged prostate? We are on vacation and my husband has a delay in getting a prescription filled that does not affect urination because of an enlarged prostate. I am afraid if he takes a Tylenol PM it may cause a worse problem than a sleepless night. Any suggestions?

Benadryl doesn't generally affect the prostate. Melatonin certainly would NOT interact with the bladder either.
