Anxiety or Iron Deficiency issues

I have been going through anxiety and panic attacks, and lately I've been having difficulty breathing. This can happen for a few hours, when I'm not even having a panic attack. Is this caused by anxiety or another health related problem? I also have an iron deficiency. Sometimes it's hard to determine which problem I'm having because the symtoms are very similar.

These can happen in both panic attacks and also heart attacks. You will need certian tests to be done before concluding like what is responsible in your case. And having anemia just aggravates the condition.
