Anal Bleeding, Itching,cold, Stomach Ache, Hedache, Sore Throat, Change In Stool Texture, Coor To Green. Problem?

Hi, i have been having a medical problem i believe. last week i believe i had anal bleeding and itchy with stomach pains along side it but it went away the next few days. its been a week now and i have a cold, stomach pains, headaches , block throat with a dry cough and change in stool texture to type 4 and 1 with a change of colour to green. should i be worried? and if so may you please tell what i may have?

Obvi u need to worry ,u r suffering from piles and a upper resp infection ,what u need to do is change in food habbits lot of fibre diet and if u r a smoker ...kindly stop it ....u can take a course of antibiotics oflox+ornidazole for 1 week ,sitcom ano l/a ,lactifibre powder 2tsf daily night and avoid spicy food ....take some antihistamines like levositrazine for ur cold nd loop warm water with salt daily morning nd night u need to gargle ....this information nd treatment wil help u ...thank u
