Hi,
It is possible that even when the milk teeth is present the permanent teeth erupts around it. The corresponding milk teeth should be extracted. The eruption period for different milk teeth are different. They should be extracted at the proper time. A dentist on examination can tell which teeth has to be extracted at what age.

Hi, your adult tooth has started comng and the milk tooth is still there. After sometime as the permanent one erupts more the milk tooth will start moving and ultimately come out on its own. If it doesnt start moving you need to go to a dentist and get the milk totth pulled out asap to prevent malalignment.

Thanks and regards.
