Am Pregnant. Experiencing Pressure In The Pelvis, Pain In Back. Seen Yellowish Green Mucus In Toilet. Loose Fluid At Times. Problem?

Hi. I am 29 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing pressure in my pelvis with some contractions and pain in my lower back. It started yesterday and has gotten increasingly worse. I have also noticed today after going to the bathroom there is a yellowish green mucus. I feel like small amounts of fluid are leaked everytime I stand up, it is not a constant flow. Should I be calling my dr or is this normal?

Hi,
As per your symptoms u might be having threatened abortion.
U will require to immediately contact ur gynaecologist.
She will see if there is leaking.
Pelvic scan has to be done for well being of foetus and amount of liquor.also per vaginal examination for any infective cause hasto be seen.
U will require good amount of bed rest with tocolytics and antibiotics.
So get help from ur doctor.
