Hi,
thanks for using healthcare magic.
If you have constant thought of weight, if you have constant worry regarding increasing weight and because of this, you are not taking food or doing excessive measures to burn the calories by doing induced vomiting or by vigorous exercise than you can be considered as anorectic.
It depends on You BMI(Body mass Index) level as well
thanks

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. Saurabh Gupta's  Response
Hello and Welcome to HCM,
Thanks for writing to us.
All people who have anorexia need treatment. Even if you, your child, or someone else you care about has only a couple of the signs of an eating disorder, get help now. Early treatment gives the best chance of overcoming anorexia.
Treatment can help you get back to and stay at a healthy weight. It can also help you learn good eating habits and learn to feel better about yourself. Because anorexia is both a physical and emotional problem, you may work with a doctor, a dietitian, and a counselor.
Hope this helps you.
Wishing you good health...
Regards.

Anorexic doesn't only mean skinny, it means you have an eating disorder because you have a fear of gaining weight, so you eat very little. I know many people who don't eat breakfast because they don't have the time, but the "lowfat" yogurt makes me think that you really could be anorexic. And you don't eat much for dinner too.

skipping breakfast will slow down your metaolism.
if you really do think your over weight you should eat a balanced breakfast, not big breakfast. fruits, protein, dairy. then snack on veggies. then have a chicken salad or something for lunch, then have a smoothie shake for another snack to hold you over till dinner time and then have some soup!
'm tellin ya i lost like 20 pounds from a diet like that :)
