Am I Still Nonreactive According To My Reports After Syphilis Infection Treatment?

hi i wanna ask that i diagnose syphlis in february 2013 after a doase of penciline and 7 day of used medicine ciproxin i feel better but in october again the value of tpha and vdrl is 3.46 in boderline. then in december2013 doctor says that is herpes on ur penis shaft and then he treat them with 2.4 mega unit pencilin and acylex and gentian violet.after 15 days again i got my test reports inwhich value of tpha is 0.18 and vdrl is on .0.16 means nonreactive.so kindlly told me that it still non reactive or after some months again i face that huge problem and now i used advantan cream on effected area which is 90 pcnt cleared so it is good or not?

Welcome to HCM.

VDRL is a standard test (non specific) that tests the response to treatment and in your case you have responded successfully to the treatment. TPHA is a more specific test and is positive only when you have an active infection. The titre is showing low which indicates that you do not have an active infection.
You do not have syphilis now and please continue the treatment for herpes as suggested by your treating doctor.
I would also suggest taking necessary precautions (use condoms) when sexually active to prevent spread and acquiring another sexually transmitted disease.
