Hallow Dear, You had your unprotected intercourse on 7th and 8th day of your menses and your menstrual cycle is of 28 days. so it is unlikely that you would have conceive due to these sexual contacts. The egg is released 14 days prior to the next expected menses. Egg has life of 24 hours while sperms are active for 72 hours. Considering this, a period of around a week to 10 days is fertile period. Sexual contact outside this period is less likely to result into pregnancy. Your first pregnancy test was negative while repeat test after few hours has given positive result. This clearly indicates that one of the test is false, most likely the first one as false positive results of these tests are less probable. Now you have got two options to resolve this dilemma: 1. Wait for four days and perform the test again on overnight first morning urine sample. If this also is positive, you are pregnant. 2. Opt for Beta hCG test on the blood.
