Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the Widal test is as follows:
The antibody titres of 1:160 for Salmonella typhi are considered positive for the disease.
The test for Salmonella paratyphi is negative.
You need to consult your treating doctor with report for prescription of drugs for typhoid.
The low white blood cell count can be seen in typhoid.
Typhoid is characterised by high lymphocyte counts and low neutrophil count.
These blood values recover once the infection is treated.

Thanks and take care
