I am 23 yreas old and 29 weeks pregrant, my doctor suggested to take Rorfer xt tablet once a day. after having the tablet i feel very tired and vomt off everything the food what i had... and throughout the whole day i could not able to have any food or fruit throughout that the.. please suggest me anyother alternative medicine.. and also what are the side effects if i skip the tablet...
Hi and welcome to HCM. You can increase your hemoglobin by increasing green vegetables, fruits, dry fruits in your diet. Remember Gastric upset is very common with all Iron preparation, but Iron is a must so you continue. Take tablet after meal only. You can Tab Livogen or you can try Tab Pronit (Sresan Pharmaceuticals, contains iron). But please inform your doctor also. If you still have vomiting then please ask your doctor for an antacid.
