All Symptoms Of Pregnancy Including Missed Periods. Pregnancy Tests Negative. Suggestions?

Since march I have been having pregnancy symptom's passing out, morning sickness, sore nipples to touch, hard finger nails, going to the toilet more times than I usually do, spotting, missed period, 2 months of no pain period, can't get a positive reading it happened with my first son as well feeling movement in my stomach and have felt a kick as well and a hard stomach and it looks like I am pregnant what am I to do?

I wish to know whether you have been trying to get pregnant lately.
If this be the case, then I am afraid you may be suffering from pseudocyesis. this is a state where a woman feels all the classical symptoms of pregnancy and yet all other confirmatory test is negative and no other cause is identified. it is most common in women who wish to become pregnant.
However, I strongly suggest that you meet and discuss with your doctor to make sure that there is no other condition which may explain this.
