Hello
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Cleaning wax by sticks, buds may leads to impact of wax back in ear, may cause injury to membrane and ear cavity. Same happened with you. You seems to have injury and infection. Please consult ENT doctor and take advice and treatment.
Have a Healthful Day..
