Hello Venkataraman,
Thank you for posting your query through Healthcare magic.
Healthcare magic is an online site where patients are helped to find solutions for their health problems. I can imagine about your situation and can understand your concerns.
Regarding your removable malignant tumour, I can say that it is not going to do you any harm unless you get frightened by the diagnosis. Instead of reciting the manthra that this disease is going to destroy you, recite the manthra that this has come to rescue you. Please stop your very costly procedures like laser or chemotherapy etc and try to keep your life go happily.
Regarding the financial help, you can approach the local governmental institutions through the local political leaders. Surely there will be resources at the government levels to help destitute of your type.
You can approach religious institutions also where such charity works are being carried out for the deserving people.
If you can come to Kerala, where I am from, I can confidently say that Government level cancer institutes are there in Trivandrum, where you can have free treatment.
I hope and pray that some help will come in favour of you.
With Best Wishes,
