Hello,

As you have pain on the left side of the body, I think this should be related to the weakness of the muscles and intervertebral disc disease.

Medicines will act as a symptomatic treatment for a few hours to block the pain from reaching the Brain. There will be a gastric issue associated with it as well.

I will advise you to start doing exercises for the core, spine, upper limb and lower limbs under a guided physiotherapist. This will help you reduce a lot of the current symptoms you were facing. You can still continue to take paracetamol but avoid Tramadol. As on long run, Tramadol will damage the kidney functions and lead to other complications in the body.

In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most cases have responded well to Physiotherapy guided exercises and I wish the same from you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
