Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

As per your symptoms you need to do physiotherapy and knee exercises to improve range of motion .
You need to consult physiotherapist for proper post operative rehabilitation.
Initially quadriceps strethening and range of motion exercises are important later on against résistance theraband exercises.
Gradual walking and running later on and playing sports is last step of rehabilitation.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
