Hello
Thanks for posting your query.
[1] how quickly u will leave eating gutkha depend upon the time since u are addicted to .
[2] the most important thing in the process is your will power.
[3] decrease the amount of gutkha u chew at a time, every day or every week as convenient to you. in parallel to this u need to create practise to chew dry amla or sounf with loung & elaichi availiable on the same paan thaila.remember dont leave gukha chewing suddenly it must be leaved slowly slowly otherwise it is harmful to the muscles worked during chewing , they gets hardened due to gutkha chewing. so they need regular excercise which u do daily during gutkha chewing also it is harmful to digestion if u stop it suddenly.the main idea behind is that u need to convert this gutkha chewing in to dry amla or sounf with loung or elaichy chewing. it takes time because gutkha contains nicotine so u need to practise both on the begining.
[4] choose the gutkha brand which has the lowest nicotine ratio generally costlier gutka contains higher nicotines.
Hope this will help you.
Regards.
