Acute Bronchital Pneumonia, Severe Pain In Right Side Specially While Coughing. History Of Acute Sciatica. Help

I have had acute sciata from acouple of accidents long ago at that time they were there for about three years and slowly went away now this year I acute bronchial pneumonia and with the coughing I have brought back that sciata it is debillating in the morning when I try to get out of bed it is the right side and on a scale of 1-10 def a 12 please help sincerely lindamcdowall

I can understand your problem, yes of course coughing exert the downward force that causes the disc compression, as such you had history of sciatica then this force will bring back the sciatic nerve compression, to avoid this you will have to lie down at the time coughing, or at least sit down in chair,but do not take coughing bout in sitting position, have curative treatment for pneumonia, you can even try symptomatic treatment for cough, like anti tissue cough syrup, or expectorant, Have good Day,
