Acne On Neck Stretching From Ear To Chest, Have Cough, Tiredness, Cold Sore On Lip. Infected Canal In Neck?

hello I have an ache in my neck it is stretching up behind my ear from the front of my chest . it seems like a viral thing as I am slightly chesty too. this is the second time this has come to me in the past month i.e. 4 weeks \i feel run down tired and a little agitated I also have a cold sore on my lip is there a canal in my neck that could be infected? this is worrying.

hi your acne may be due to herpes as you have other related symptoms too.it is a viral contagious infection.check with your physician
