Acidity After Taking Diet Supplements. What Type Of Supplement Will Help Me In Increasing Weight?
hi doctor i am very disappointed with my weight my height is 5.6 and my weight is 45kg and my lever also not working properly when i am taking diet supplements then i started to suffer with gas problem or more then pain in my stomach kindly guide me what type of supplement i need to digest my food. i am 30 year old woman.
Hi ! To be honest, you do not need any artificial food supplements if you are having a proper diet in your daily routine life. Being active in one's life is more important than to think of how to gain weight. I would suggest you to take all kinds of fresh home made food including fresh vegetables and fruits and do regular exercises. Avoid any fast food so far as possible. Also avoid all kinds of artificial food supplements available in the market, as no one can guarantee you a gain in weight, and instead excess of supplements can rather harm your body. Example of harm is already with you, that is pain and gas in your stomach whenever you take a supplement. So take care. At best you can consult a dietician in your area for a sound diet chart for you.

Have adequate regular sleep, plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie and regular outdoor stretching exercises. You can take protein supplements, fruits for nutrients and probiotics, yogurt to help for your digestion.This will help you. Hope I answered your question.
