Suggest Treatment For Headache And Acidity
Hi I m suffering from headaches specially in one nerve of my head due to acidity. Daily when I wake up my acidity increases n if I didn t eat something headache will start due to gas. I keep taking g burps which is very insulting. Please reply what should I do. Due to this stomach I can t eat take supplements as they increase my acidity. Moreover Dr took ultrasound of my abdomen and everything is clear.

Well come to HCM
Your symptoms more seems because of anxiety and stress because of this acid secretion increases and this cause symptom of hyperacidity, you need to keep the stress at low level, and I would suggest the following treatment for this,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
3) Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
you need to continue this medicines for three weeks, take care, have a nice day.
