Abdominal Pains, Sourness In Mouth And Body Itching, Yellowish Color Urine. Thoughts ?

Hi, i have had some change in the colour of my unrine (looks a bit yellowish) and i suspected that i had infected the Hepatitis B virus, but i visited my doctor and he indicated his tests show that my urine colour is ok and he does not think i have the virus.
But i also experience some abdominal pains, a feeling of sourness in my mouth and body itching.
What do you think i should do

Hi,
In summer due to more perspiration one gets concentrated urine looking yellow.
But as you get pain in abdomen, soreness in the mouth and itching, it is better to rule out jaundice.
Go for urine for bile salt and blood for SGOT, SGPT.
Take plenty of water.
