Abdominal Pain, Continuous Cough, Recurring Fever, Sore Throat, Dizziness, Suspicion Of Virus. Treatment Suggestion?

Hi Im asking for my daughter she is 22 years old and hasnt been well since Wednesday. she has had a bad pain in her side, had a cough for nearly a month, temperature sore throat . her throat is very inflamed, seemed like she was coughing spots of blood up, and today is suffering from dizzyness. i did get her in to see a doctor wednesday evening and was told she had a virus

With this presentation, many diseases could be thought of but I think an infection with HIV needs to be ruled out. In my opinion, I would suggest she goes for counseling and testing to be sure that this virus is not responsible.
