Abdominal Pain. Scan Done. Are The Reports Normal?

Sir,
my wife had abdominal pain..after scanning report

1- Liver: Normal in size,site,Shape and normal echogenicity. No focal lesion seen . Hepatic veins normal. IHBR are normal in caliber.Portal vein and CBD shows normal caliber.
2- GALL BLADDER: Well distended wall thickness normal.
3- PANGREAS: Normal in site,size,shape and echogenicity.
4-SPLEEN:Normal in site,size 9.1cms,shape and echogenicity.
5-KIDNEYS: RK 9.6cms (L) 3.5 cms (W) LK 11cms(L) 5.2cms(W) Both Kidneys are normal in site,size,shape and echogencity. CMD is well maintained Pelvicalyceals system undilated on right. Left VU junction calculus measuring 12*5mm with proximal dilatation.
6-URINARY BLADER: Well distended,wall thickness increased 5.2mm.
7- UTERUS: Anteverted measures 7.3*2.9*4.2cm Myometrial echoes are normal. No focal lesion seen. Endometrial thickness 6 mm
8- OVARIES/ADNEAXAE: Both Ovaries are normal. Right Ovary measures2.8*2.0 cm Left ovary measures 3.0*1.8cm . No obvious adnexal lesion
9- POD:Minimal free fluid seen.
10-OTHERS : Para aortic area appears normal,some areas obscured by bowel gas. No ascites.

Thanks for your query.
Your wife has a stone at the lower end of her ureter (ureter is a pipe like structure which connects kidneys to the bladder).
This could be the cause of abdominal pain.
She should drink plenty of fluids to help the passage of the stone.
Also consult a urologist for further definitive management.
