Hello, I get a cold sensation in my upper abdomen and chest when I drink a cold glass of milk. It s very strange, and on a scale of 1-10, about 4, as far as discomfort. Additionally, I do occasionally get winded after eating , or have upper abdomen/left rib and chest pain . And I always drink milk with my meals. I get a very full feeling, to the point of being unable to breathe. On top of that, I do get abdomen pains a lot. Almost as if muscles are tearing. Sometimes, I can feel the pain starting along my right side, then encompass my entire upper abdomen. Sometimes it s bloating . Sometimes it s just achy, and relieved after a half hour by just farting. lol. Sometimes they are sharp, stabbing, and may last a few seconds, but do go away. I can usually get them to go away by stretching or twisting my body a certain way. I do tend to get them everyday at least once daily, though. And they are ALWAYS along my upper abdomen/bottom rib area or either the far right, or far left. Are these things that I should be concerned about? I m a 28 year old male, in somewhat good condition, standing 5 9, 180 lbs, BP is 126/77, have had CAT scans on abdomen several times, colonoscopy 2 years ago, stool samples, etc. All negative, however a trace amount of blood in urine if that even matters. Thanks for any help.
