Hi
You are having pain on the right side under your rib cage.Ultrasound abdomen has excluded Liver, gall bladder and Right kidney pathology.
The most likely cause could be Musculoskeletal pain. Please take Muscle relaxants with the advice of your doctor.
Another cause can be Duodenal ulcer which requires PPI inhibitor like Rabeprazole. You can add Antispasmodic like Dicyclomine.
Wish you good health
Regards
