85 Yr Old Prescribed Betaloc, Coversyl, Lipitor, Zanidip, Warfarin. Need Right Dosage And Time To Be Taken ?
I would like to ensure my 85 yr old mother is taking her meds properly as she has become forgetful.
I have a list of the meds and would like to know what should be taken at what time and with or without food, before or after meals. The meds are: Betaloc 50mg 1 tab daily. Coversyl 10mg 1 tab daily. Lipitor 40mg 1 tab daily. Zanidip 10mg 1 tab daily. Warfarin 2mg daily dosage as directed by clinic nurse.
