Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
Control of sugars and blood pressure is very important at this stage of your pregnancy to avoid growth retardation and preterm delivery.
Try to avoid taking extra salt.
Mild pain in pelvic and abdominal area is not an issue.
However, if pain is severe and frequent which is radiating in nature, then you need to consult your Obstetrician.

Hope this helps.
regards,
Dr Nilofer

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Diet control is important factor for BP control
Reduce your salt intake to reduce the amount of sodium in your body. You should avoid processed foods and instead go for whole grains. Make sure your diet is low on fried foods since they contain saturated fats, avoid alcohol, and take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

You need to get your BP monitoring done at more close intervals.
Get your urine routine test done for presence of protein.
Get Doppler assessment of uterine arteries for pressure changes.

You need frequent fetal monitoring done by ultrasound for fetal weight, liquor volume, umbalical artery flow.
If notice any of following symptoms, then please consult doctor immediately headache, visual disturbance, abdominal pain or reduced urine output.

Consult your doctor for examination and management.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Vidya
