64 Year Old Having Afib. Will Lifting Patient From Wheelchair Affect The Heart ?

If I have afib and lift a patient 100lbs into a wheelchair will it damage my heartIam a feamale caregiver Iam 64 yr. old female caregiver ,have afib,and lift a patient in and out of wheelchair 100lbs who is parapalegic -no use of legs,does it hurt my heart?? I have been doing it for a year and last 3 nights heart rate goes up at 3am from 64 to 100.

Since you are doing it for an year your heart has become accustomed to this much of exercise.So, it is unlikely to produce any adverse effect until this activity itself produces change in heart beat.
