6 Weeks Pregnant, Racing Heart, Shaky, Tightness In Chest. Any Ideas?

I'm a little over 6 weeks pregnant and I've been having a racing heart (even when resting) but this week I also get dry shaky unless I eat what feels like nonstop. I also have a bit of tightness in my chest. I can breathe alright I just get uncomfortable. Could this be anemia? A thyroid problem? Severe hypoglycemia? It's kind of worrying me.

Its normal to have all these symptoms during pregnancy. Eat regular small frequent meals, Consume lots of water. Get hemoglobin level checked as routine. Hematinics are started after 12 weeks of pregnancy.
