6 Weeks Pregnant. Having Strong Pain After Eating, Diarrhoea. Cause For Pain?

hi im danielle and im abot 6 weeks pregnant having really srong pains everytime i eat any ting i havnt been eating much as i feel sick all the time i dont no if its constapion but i have had slite diorea today and yesterda ive been to the hosp twice ad ive had enternals done and everting is ok what can i do to stop the pains are what is cauing them thankyou

Thank you for your query.
I think you are suffering from mild gastro enteritis.
Mild infection of the gastrointestinal system.
It could be bacterial, viral or chemical, due to preservatives in food.
As you are only 6 weeks pregnant, it is advisable to avoid antibiotics for the time being.
You can take Sporolac plus tablets or Sporolac Qik sachets once daily.
Please avoid eating outside.
Take liquids mostly, increase your intake of probiotics in food ( yoghurt, curd etc ) and avoid dehydration.
You can gradually start semi solids as the pains ease up.
If the condition doesnt improve in a day or two, consult your doctor and consider antibiotic therapy.
