5 Yr Old Has Barely Eaten Anything, Complains Of Tummy Ache. Diarrhea With Fever, Sleepy. What's Going On ?

My 5 year old son usually eats 5-6 times a day for the last couple of days hes barely eaten anything he has complained of a tummy ache only once. first thing this morning he had diahhrea i checked for tempature the first time i checked about an hour and a half ago it was 98.6 i checked again just now and its 101.8 hes already taken a nap for about an hour and he fell asleep again and has been asleep now for 20 minutes.when hes awake he seems alright hes alert but drowsy. what is going on??

is there any blood in the stool or any associated mucus

are there any vomitings

is there any signs of dehydration
like decreased urination or dry mouth or increased thirst etc

any child with diarrhoea requires oral rehydration solution and further management depends on response to above questions and thorough examination
