What Causes Stomach Ache, Fever And Cough In A Child?
My 4yr old son has been complaining of a tummy ache for about 13 days, he has a fever for 4 days and steadily increasing. It started st 100.1 in day 1 and has now gotten up 101.7. He had diarrhea 6 days. The head congestion and coughing and steadily gotten worse. Yesterday he vomiited but I am not sure if it was from coughing or from a tummy ache. He is shivering at times and other times says he cold when no one else is and now he says he gets a tummy ache when he urinates.

Atypical pneumonia could present with stomach ache diarrhea and cough. Did you take your child to GP? Was he started on antibiotics? Is the chest x-ray done? Better to do a sputum culture before starting antibiotics. Take him to GP if you have not consulted one.
