5 Year Old With Runny Nose, Headache And Stomach Pain. History Of Sinus And Ear Infections

my 5 yr old son has had a runny nose for a couple of days and has been complaining of a headache . he says it hurts bad on top of his head and his forehead . no head trauma, no fever. he has also says his tummy hurts sometimes and has not been eating as much a usual but has been drinking lots of fluids. could tnis be something serious?. He has has sinus infections and ear infections twice this year

Hi there,
It looks like your son is suffering from frontal sinusitis. Its nothing serious to worry about. If i was your doctor i would recommend u to get his X ray PNS done. That would confirm my diagnosis. Also start antibiotics and try steam inhalation because it helps draining the sinus. Taking plenty of fluids is good in such conditions and rest his appetite will be back once he gets well.
