5 year old having high fever, red cheeks, sore throat and yellow dots on side gums. Is it beginning of chicken pox?

Hi my 5 year old had a high temp yesterday day at on point it was 40.2 , the. She was sick twice , today I have noticed her cheeks are very red and she say,s her throat is very sore and hard sore to swollow , I looked in her mouth is very red and swollen looking with yellow dots at the side of her gums at the back of her tonsils . Is this the start of chicken pox ?
