Your child has frank Acute Tonsillitis. She needs antibiotics,Moxclav BD dry syrup 7.5 ml twice daily, with Ibugesic Plus syrup7.5ml three times daily. This will reduce the pain and fever and heal her throat. Please continue antibiotic for a week.
