5 Year Old Child, Red Itchy Rashes On Arms, Hands, Nose, Eye Redness. Cure?
Hello my 5 yr old come home from school with a red blotchy itchy rash on her hands arms and face around nose and mouth.. It almost looks like a bug bite as they have a whitish bump in the middle of the redness.. One of her eyes was also red today but this is the third day in a row she has came home with this.. I give her Benadryl and it goes away.

This looks like urticaria, which can go away with antihistamines like benadryl.
Urticaria is an allergic skin rash.
The cause can be anything food/ pollen/ insect bites/ dust/ animal fur/ danders/ clothes/ cosmetics etc.
If cause can be found out, it has to be avoided.
If persistent pls visit a pediatrician for better medicines.

The case could be allergy due to exposure to some allergen. The distribution of rashes seems to be due to contact exposure with something. History of subsiding with Benadryl also suggest the same.
Try to find out any new object that your child is exposed for these days. Something like a paints / rubber eraser / pastel shade / animal fur etc - could also be the allergen. Avoiding allergen is the remedy.
I can not rule out insect bite also.
However, visit a pediatrician to get her examined and start necessary treatment.
