49 Years. Missed Periods For 4 Months, Heaviness, Feeling Of Passing Out, Skipping Heartbeat And Racing Heart. Advice

I didn't get my period for 4 months. I am 49 years old it has happen before with no problem when getting it again but this time it has stopped since sept 5 it will be 2 weeks tomorrow it get heavy and haven't been feeling good the other night feel like i am going to pass out today again too,, what can i do until i see the doctor on tuesday..Also i heart was skipping the other day too and racing

Hi, it appears that at this age the periods will be very irregular, in majority of the women, due to pre menopausual changes of the harmones. It also may be due to anemia. Still it is advisible to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe, styptics, fluconazole, cifixime, and hematinics. Thank you.
