48yrs Old, Lumps In Lower Abdomen. Dull Pain. Any Possible Diagnosis?

Good afternoon. I am a 48-year-old woman. Over a year ago, I noticed a lump or swelling in my lower left part of the abdomen . Nearly six months later, another lump appeared right below the first one. I did not have any symptoms but I have recently started to feel a dim but not strong pain. I have not consulted a doctor yet. I just need to know any possible diagnosis. Many thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Lump in lower abdomen with dull pain may arise from following organs: female genital tract means ovary and uterus, large intestine, small intestine.
Do you have watery shit/ constipation/ bleeding per rectum/ any menstrual irregularities/ abdominal distension after eating meals?
You should go for ultrasound imaging of abdomen on urgent basis.
You should also consult with gynecologist and physician and should take proper treatment before problem becomes great.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
