4.5 Year Kid, Suffering From High Fever, Leg Pain, Pink Color Eyes. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi, my 4.5 year old has been burning up with a high fever all day, temp now is 102. I have alternated between Calpol and Neurofen but it hasn't brought the temperature down at all. He said his legs were aching this morning, and his eyes are bloodshot/pinky colour. I'm thinking it's just the flu but I'm worried I can't get his temperature down.

Hi high temp. with pain in lower legs and red eyes give me an impression
your child most likely got viral upper respiratory infection(URTI). I suggest
please continue giving him only Paracetamol(Calpol)syrup 500mgm three times daily. Plrase omit giving him Neurophen also give him Electrol or Diarolite sachet
dissolving one sachet in 300mis of boiled and cool water repeatedly.For eyes
you can give normal saline solution 0.9% as eye drops 3times daily. You may tapid sponge him to take the temp. down. All those medications you may buy over
