44 Female, Heaviness In Stomach, appetite Loss, Tenderness In Stomach Area. Please Advice.

Thank you. Feeling strange past couple of days.a heavy "brick"like feeling in stomach and absolutely no appetite. strange for me,as Iove to eat! Am a 44 y.o. Lady, and consider myself in good shape. Love to exercise (and I did say eat, right?). Noticed slight tenderness in stomach area when cat jumped on me. Probably not enough info, but thought I'd give it a shot.

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. Nice to know your habits. When the cat jumped on your stomach, there might have been muscle spasm as there is a sudden reaction of the body. This muscle spasm may be felt like brick-like feeling. If the digestive system is normal , i mean no nausea, vomiting, motion alteration there may not be anything to worry. But it is always better to show to a Surgeon to rule out anything serious has happened.
