37 Weeks Pregnant With Bad Cold And A Swollen Neck Gland

I m 37 weeks pregnant with a really bad cold and a swollen neck gland on the right side. My mouth is ridiculously dry and throat is in so much pain along with my tongue and I feel like I will get my period at any moment. Is this a concern and what should I do?

Hello,
You need medical attention as soon as possible. You probably have a glandular infection .Normally it wouldnt be that much of a deal.Antibiotics shouls clear it.However,at full term pregnancy not all medicines can be given to you.See a doctor soon to determine the cause and treatment.
